The Fitness rounds consist of the Main Body Boxing, along with Teeps, Knees, and Roundkicks, accompanied by basic exercises, including: Sit ups, Push ups, Squat jumps, High knee sprints, and Burpees. The Fitness rounds are structured like the MashUp rounds, in that, you will perform everything only when given the command. These fitness rounds are meant to push your cardio to increase your overall endurance and stamina. Also, like the MashUp rounds, there are multiple Fitness rounds inserted into the tracks, so that you are not performing the same Fitness round over and over.
